In today's video, I will be sharing a very special recipe and that's my delicious, Easy Restaurant Style Chicken Tikka Masala. Hope you enjoy the video and my recipe!
How to make Chicken tikka masala
ginger paste - 1 tbs
Garlic paste - 1 tbs
Curd - 2 tbs
chakra masala - 3/4 tsp
Kasoorimethi powder - 3/4 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tsp + 1/2 - 3/4 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tbs
Salt( according to taste )
Mustard oil - 1 tbs
Chicken Pieces - 1 whole chicken breast pieces
Tomato - 3 Medium
Big onion - 4 nos
green chillies - 2 nos
Cashew nuts - 50 gms
Refined oil - 2 tbs
Ghee - 2 tbs
bay leaves - 1 nos
CinnamoN - 2 Pieces
Star anise - 1 nos
Black CardamoM - 2 nos
CardamoM- 5 nos
Cloves- 6 nos
Garlic paste - 1 tbs
ginger paste - 1 tbs
Refined oil - 1/2 tbs
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 1/2 tbs
Water - 4 Cups
Coriander leaves
Kasoorimethi powder - 3/4 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1/2 - 3/4 tsp
Salt( according to taste )
Fresh cream - 1/4 - 1/2 Cup

Madam this is the way we make panner mutter(green piece) here in our home in Mumbai. With a slight difference.That is we add dried grapes also along with cashew nut paste. Also we grind that onion and other ginger and garlic Masada and add.The rest is the same.After watching your videos cooking has become easy now
