Great review! My Rocket Cellini machine of 7 years died and looking at these two models for next level espresso machine. Which has better long term reliability and ease of getting parts and service done? I had issues with Rocket espresso machine quality and do not want to dump a bunch of cash and have it fail 2 years later.

Hello, how do you programm the pre-infusion? Or would it be the same as just programming your shot?
