Guys, stop lying to our people. Don't encouraging our people to leave hand to mouth. Cash is King ..........and use your cash for ownership. If you bought it through the banks ......you do not own it , the banks do .......I bought my land Cash and I do not owe anyone, I am not a slave to interest rates ........Infact I really I do not care about how high or low the interest rate. Imagine having to pay for a bond, municipality rates and still renovate the property. That's cash flow suicide, Guys buy your properties Cash. Leave your families with proper wealth for your families don't use banks to pretend you are wealthy.

You’re talking about a liability, your house does nothing for you, you live in it. So you were right by buying it cash
@florahnemaorani34925 ай бұрын
Wait until you are sick and you don't work or something happens and you can't pay for your bond or rental properties. Wait until the bank is ready to take your property and you will understand that cash is KING.
@LuNtimande5 ай бұрын
@@florahnemaorani3492 I hear you, but it's important to clarify that what they discussed about using the bank to build wealth refers to investments, not liability bonds for someone looking to purchase a family home. If you listen attentively, I think you’ll gain a better understanding. All love, and congratulations on buying your house with cash!

Having just turned 41 and got laid off, I'm at a turning point. With 425K saved for early retirement at 50, 10K in an HSA, and a property that could sell for an extra 200K, what are my options for investing aggressively?
@OscarOwenn5 ай бұрын
It makes sense to consider a financial advisor at this stage, but delaying retirement might be a smarter choice
@LouisMorganxb35 ай бұрын
Not going back to work. I'm unsure whether to consolidate all my investment accounts into one. If I do, how should I handle it and what should I be aware of? I also plan to sell my property, which could bring in an extra 200K over time. Should I combine everything into one account or spread it out across different investments?

These are key questions for a financial planner. I connected with mine at a summit, and with her help, my wife and I reallocated our 1.7M portfolio between a traditional IRA and brokerage account. She’s been managing the investment with our approval and has helped us recover twice our losses. Currently hodl’ing steady and cautiously navigating the market

The corruption that runs through this administration is getting scarier. I feel for the disabilities who are not getting the help they deserve. Anyone who is not investing now is missing a tremendous opportunity. Imagine investing $2,000 and receiving $10,020.
