David Sneddon went on to win this 1st of 2 series of Fame Academy in 2002. Alex Parks won the 2nd & final series in 2003, beating Alistair Griffin.
It was a brilliant programme coz it was a mix of the X-Factor & Big Brother.
I still have most of it on VHS tapes, even the live stream bits they showed on BBC Red Button. Yes, I was obsessed. Wot of it?!? 😒 lol

I watch it every night can’t sit for next 10 rounds tonight. This man is magical. My wife named my son after him moment I texted him on instagram he was delighted. And texted me back next day. I never regretted anything. I wish my son would sing like him he has a unique voice

It's a clip taken from an old British singing talent show called Fame Academy. A bit like X factor, but they all lived together in a house and sung every week in front of judges. I think he came second, but was definitely the most talented contestant and has had the most success.
