Lemat Carbine Marksman... A Weird Gun? | Hunt: Showdown

This gun is a bit strange, as it doesn't really fill any holes (kappa) that the game needed filled. What do you think about it? How do you use the Lemat Marksman?

I love the base lemat carbine, especially after the muzzle velocity buff. I run it with fmj with either normal or slugs depending on the mood. Secondary is the sparks pistol half normal/poison. So much versatility in the loadout and I can oneshot hunters that have lost a 25 bar. Not all that expensive as well while giving decent capabilities at both medium and close ranges.

At like 2 minutes why did you put all 4 traps on him? Wouldn't just 2 set him on fire if he necroed? Does all 4 instaburn a chunk?

Seems to be a bias towards marksman on the dev team for some reason. Krag and Lemat would both be cooler as Deadeye

To me, the Lematt 2 Carbine Marksman is an essay on over-generalization. It does just about everything good... but none of it GREAT. A master of nothing. Which isn't to say it's bad, it's just okay. And anyone who swears by it has my respect. But I think it does an excellent job of ENCOURAGING specialization. And yeah, if it had Deadeye, it would absolutely wreck severs!

Shadow leap would be cool. If it didn't cause a ton of lag across the entire map. The amount of lag in this event is terrible.
