The cream and sour cherry tart is one of my favorites, I love desserts with Lemon Cream I find them fresh on the palate and not cloying!
In fact, this tart is also very good as an after meal!
With each bite you feel the fragrant of the shortcrust pastry, the melting and fresh creaminess of the LEMON CREAM and the sweet of the AMARENE in syrup ... a fabulous mix!
I enriched the cream with a little Limoncello liqueur, but if you prefer you can not put it!

2 eggs
80 g Sugar
100 g Butter or margarine
1 tsp Baking yeast

For the Lemon Cream:
500 g Milk
2 egg yolks
70 g Sugar
40 g Corn starch
1 glass of Limoncello liqueur (optional)
