I watched one of those news clips on MSN and they had a retired NYPD Captain explaining everything about the shooter. Said that this was a plan hit. Said the way he held the gun that he had been trained and at the gun range. In one of the surveillance clips the shooter didn't run after shooting the CEO that he walked away across the street and into an alleyway. Said if he knew him or was upset or whatever with the CEO he would have stood over him pointing the gun at him to make sure he was dead. Said he was trained to shoot to kill. Also, it was a silencer gun and he even knew how to unjammed the gun in quick speed where as most people would struggle to unjam. They even showed clip of the shooter from a camera view at Starbucks before the killing so, he was waiting for him to come out. Said that someone had to inform him of when he was leaving. I believe this was a hit job.

On the Brian Thompson story, I see a few possibilities: 1. It was an inside job with interpersonal or financial motivations 2. It was someone who had their or their family's coverage denied by UHC out for revenge 3. Same as 2, but the shooter was hired by someone who had coverage denied rather than the person with denied coverage themselves 4. It was an act of terrorism by someone who wanted to send a message I see 2 as being the most likely, personally. There are too many desperate people who have been hurt by the healthcare system, and I believe UHC has the highest coverage denial rate of any major health insurance company
