Just made this and it was irresistibly flavourful! I added portabella mushrooms to the dish, and decided I wanted a thicker sauce to drizzle at the end so I stirred in some leftover greek yoghurt. It was delicious!

Omg thank you so much , the way my chicken gets dark after I throw it back in the pan is amazing , it tasted even better when I put a more expensive butter (from vital farms ) and air chilled chicken
