I like how you can tell that you're actually eyeballing the amounts of the spices correctly. I have seen other cooking videos where people go, "And a half teaspoon of salt" **pours a large stream of salt straight out of the salt carton for 3 seconds and you see a big pile of like 1/4 cup of salt sitting on the food** "And then just a pinch of cayenne..." **Empties entire spice jar onto food** Meanwhile, I'm sitting over there like @_@ "GOOD GOD!!" and laughing my ass off LOLOLOL!
