Brilliant recipe as normal but i just wonder why these days you dont buy fish fresh off the boat to support the local fishermen its flash frozen cant understand that really. Plus went to your chippy tried the haddock and chips the fish was way overcooked and chips soggy. I just wish instead of tv work you worked there then i could guarantee nice fish and chips
