Lemon Tart:
Ingredients:
Butter 200 gm
Icing sugar 100 gm
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Condensed milk 2 tbsp
Flour 300 gm
Salt 1 pinch
For Filling:
Egg yolks 200 gm
Butter 200 gm
Sugar 200 gm
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Lemon color 2-3 drops
Method:
In a bowl mix all the ingredients and prepare dough. Then cut the tart and bake on 170 c. Remove and cool. For the filling, Cook butter, sugar and egg yolks until it becomes thick. Now add lemon juice and lemon color. Mix well and allow it to cool. Then add the filling on the tart and serve.
Coconut Cake:
Ingredients:
Butter 120 gm
Icing sugar 125 gm
Flour 80 gm
Eggs 3
Coconut 45 gm
Coconut essence ¼ tsp
Baking powder 5 gm
For Topping:
Egg whites 100 gm
Sugar 200 gm
Coconut 100 gm
Method:
Beat butter and sugar together until fluffy. Then add the dry ingredients and bake on 180 c. For topping, cook egg whites, sugar and coconut together until it becomes thick. Now apply on the cake and bake again on 150 c.
Chocolate Icing Cake:
Ingredients:
Eggs 4
Sugar 200 gm
Oil 200 ml
Flour 170 gm
Coco powder 30 gm
Baking powder 1 ½ tsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
For Icing:
Sugar 500 gm
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Water 200 ml
Milk powder 50 gm
Coco powder 30 gm
Method:
Beat eggs and sugar together until fluffy. Then add oil and fold the dry ingredients. Bake on 180 c for about 25 minutes. For the icing, cook sugar in the water until it becomes thick. Once the mixture is cooled, add milk powder and coco powder. Beat well and apply onto the cake. Serve.
