I really enjoy your video! I've had mine a couple of days now. A couple notes: You can change the key and scale of the "keyboard" by tapping the right arrow when you have the keyboard on the screen. It knows 23 different scale types with the most recent firmware. Also, if you feed it a signal from a monosynth, using the granular engine(s), you can use it to play chords up to four notes.

As you know, to the dismay of string enthusiasts, LHC failed to detect any evidence of supersymmetry in a vital experiment some years ago, but as an amateur pundit of SUSY I find some confirmation of that dreamlike coveted property of nature in your two jokes, the former is super, the latter is more mundane. Dude I've had the red box Fireball for a couple of months now and l think it's one of the best synths I've ever used. Such a well thought out interface, touch screen, 2 knobs and 4 buttons but it works so well... BTW you can change the scale of the grid from major to any of dozens... hut the left or right key (can't remember which) when you're on the grid and you can select root note and scale. Peace.

Thanks! I just use the midi out on SQ-1. And midi in on LD. The midi channel is channel 1 (ie the default on LD,, you can change it, if you like), and it just works.

Hi. Could you help me out? I'm not able to modulate the start position with anything, say a random lfo when play mode is "Moving". It just plays the sample from where the start point is set, not random with the lfo. Adressed this in the forum but no answer...maybe it's not possible, perhaps a bug or my unit is broken... Great if you could check if you're able to do this or any other lemondrop user/owner. Cheers. And post the result here, please.

The manual says you can live audio through the granular engine. Are you saying that’s wrong? Would that not be how you would use it with other gear such as modular? A granular delay?
@axis_82 жыл бұрын
Hi, quite the contrary, using the granular engines for external audio is one of the key selling points, imho. What I said is that in order for the granular engines to process any external audio LD must at the same time receive midi. Without midi coming in, no granular synthesis. It such a great way to use the LD!🌞
@FuZZbaLLbee2 жыл бұрын
How many grains can it play per engine?
@axis_82 жыл бұрын
Hi, it has 16 grains per oscillator for a total of 128. Sample memory per oscillator is 30 seconds. Be aware that LD has extensive modulation capabilities and the density of the grains can be modulated in many ways, enriching its creative potential.
