The Samaroo Jets were the smallest steelband at the festival, but that took nothing away from their artistry.
Here they serve up a fine rendition of Len "Boogsie" Sharpe"s "Pan Rising" as arranged by Jit Samaroo.

Sonalal "Killer" Samaroo intimated that an Adjudicator gave them 11 out of 10 for this performance. Vidya the bass player used to stand on a box "to take command of her instruments", made from 16-gauge Russian oil drums. You may quote "Mr. Sanch".

The doctor JIT took Len boogsie sharps tune and KILLED it. No one can judge Jut but the most high, not wynton Marsalis nor Mozart, nor Chopin, the Indian just baaaaaddddd

OMG!!!!!! I really love this kind music of steel band as it is so smooth and relax. It reminds me of laying on the hammock in the back of the beach house in Trinidad.

Small axe could always cut down big tree. Never underrate the size of this band for as i heard a past Captain of Renegades say in an Interview that each one in this band is a topclass pannist. This performance tells us exactly that.
