What no breakneck speed? Just beautiful *bass* playing? Count me in. I could listen to this all day--this, to me, is the real art of bass playing--in the pocket, warm, and impossible to play if you don't have groove in your soul. And all those materials you make available here? This is such a gift. Thanks so much!!

I was born in Britain to Jamaican parents, in 1968 my older brother came from Jamaica singing Jamaican songs. We weren’t allowed such music in our strict Christian household, but when I left home I could reconnect with the Studio one, Trojan records, Rock steady. Toots and the Maytals and all that good stuff. I needed to hear and reconnect. Thank God for you as well !
