Great interview! I can relate to this all so much- the integration phase is hard- from full-time healing because life isn’t an available option to allowing life’s triggers to be the catalyst for recovery. And the high intensity exercise being such a part of our identity- ensuring that as you pick it back up, that it truly comes from an place of joy and gratefully making the most of the body we have been gifted vs any feelings of unworthiness or not enough without looking a certain way or achieving certain things. We are enough as we are and exercise is a beautiful way of expressing gratitude for the human experience 💪🏼

We are the healers we've been looking for and we heal when our egoic minds get out of the way. This will be my way through. I'm at the 'feeling emotions in my body' stage at the moment. Not easy. Love this channel. It's so helpful. ❤

How did she get back to life was it little by little and the improvements started to come quicker? It wasn’t clear the time line. It seems there’s a chapter missing lol. Curious because I am 4.5 months in and doing all this work now.

I was you earlier this year. I am 100% now. Keep going. Be kind to yourself. You can do it.
