You sound like a caring professional. I want to thank you for staying in a broken system with less than caring practicioners. I hope by the good standing their ground that the bad players will be weeded out. This will be for the good of patients, health care practioners and investors

My doctor “what’s a microclot there’s no such thing.” Other doctors.. no such thing as long COVID go get some therapy. Took 2 year of hitting walls in our “medical system” before I found a fantastic doctor who very efficiently diagnosed long COVID. Dr Anderson is the BOMB and I watch him more than Netflix. I am learning how my body works and how to recover my health and slowly clawing my way back to my previous version of me thanks to this man. ❤

I presented with long covid and my doc ignored me and spent the next two years trying to convince me that I'm depressed. I never complained of depression but constantly complained about crushing fatigue, loss of appetite, and the inability to make decisions. His medical advice was to "be more active, exercise, get a job and go to church." Really? The nightmare continues. This shit has ruined my life and no one believes me. My best friend says that covid is a "scam." I'm totally alone with this and have no recourse but to figure it out on my own. Wish me luck.

I went into my GP this morning about having all the symptoms of long covid/vaccine injury, with brain fog, fatigue, chest pains, headaches, breathlessness, bad sleep, dizziness and weaknesses and she suggested higher my antidepressants 😮. I mentioned long covid and she looked at me like i was talking about fairy's and unicorns, i asked what suppland vitamins would help, and she blanked me and said, "Just eat healthy and exercise , i cant exercise because even yoga drains me for the rest of the day. So its amazing to listen to these videos and that there is help ,because i felt so on my own this morning after leaving the doctors office.. i felt like she wasn't listening and on my own. Lonely feeling..stay safe and strong guys, love from Ireland 🇮🇪 ❤️

@rebeccaslater1398 I was in Holland and Barretts today getting supplements to help with it, and the guy behind the counter told me the number of people that are coming in with the same issues is unreal, I'd say we haven't even seen the half of it yet, this winter I'd say it will hit a lot of people hard, I was also reading in a published medical report on long covid/vaccine injury, that there is 64 million people worldwide dealing with this thing. That's extreme cases that are documented, so God only knows the number. Try nattokinase, Bromelain, curcumin,NAC together. It worked wonders for me, this is not medical advice and do research on nattokinase before taking as it thins the blood to clear cloths, so Don't take if you are on blood thinners. Hope this helps.. 🙏

Long covid isn't the same as vaccine issues - vaccine problems were with blood clots. The stats on long covid are actually far better if you had the vaccine that if you didn't. Fellow long covid sufferer here.

Dr Paul Anderson and his KZbin videos have helped me more than any of the 22 providers I have seen over the past nine months in my search for answers. Many if not most of my doctors still deny the reality of long covid - and none of them have given me an official diagnosis, even though I have dramatic symptoms of mast cell activation, dysautonomia, and myalgic encephalomyelitis. I am dizzy and disoriented all day every day. I have severe food intolerance. My vitals are all over the place. I experience painful nerve burning. And the list goes on and on. Most recently, I've develped an intolerable case of tinnitus which prevents me from hearing, thinking, and sometimes sleeping. I'm hoping the robust regimen of vitamins, minerals, and supplements I am taking will lead to my recovery, since my local providers and current care team have basically been useless so far.

Also, info for us long haulers. Multi watt neart infrared light therapy in Colorado is having g success healing longcovid. Aviva hyperbaric oxygen in Florida claims success as well. Both expensive-ish but worth it if it works. Had LC for 4 years, tried everything, including most ov these supplements, but very little made a difference, still suffering from it. Next for me will be at home ddvice for near infrared therapy, it shows it helps with brain inflammation. ( sstuidies in Pub Med. Mass General, Sunnybrook hospital in Toronto are working on it. ) Good luck everyone. Never give up.

I can relate to all these issues. I haven't been well since I had covid in December 2023. I still don't taste and smell. I stay fatigued, and I can't even function like before. I don't even have the energy to get up and do anything. I feel stressed out all the time. I'm 8 months post covid and still can't get back to living life like before. I'm in terrible shape, and it's brought on severe depression. My brain can't even function anymore 😢

Google image vitamin compatibility chart (it is a picture of Red Yellow and Green squares)// these combinations are for the nervous system (also mental health) B1 (Thiamine) + B5 (Pantothenic acid/avocados) // The reason there is 4 or 5 different clusters is because if you look at this chart some vitamins cancel the other ones out// B6(Pyridoxine/ causes lucid dreams), B2 (Riboflavin/ dairy products), B3 (Niacin), Zinc /// B12, B9, B5, Calcium, Magnesium/// Vitamin D + potassium ( this is a good combination after work really easy 10,000 IU vitamin D and a banana/// Vitamin E, beta carotene (carrots/synthetic vit A is toxic) , Alpha Lipoic Acid, Vitamin C// To make red blood cells you need Iron + Vitamin C and then two hours later B9 and B12// Vitamin C destroys Vitamin b12 and vitamin C makes Iron absorbable// Good luck with the leap of faith trusting this information!! More red blood cells = Faster healing// this is to try to reverse paralysis
