Thanks to Mrs. Petrova for this most valuable interview with Dr. Powell. We have been listening to a lot about de-dollarization recently. Political aspects were the primary focus, and underlying financial mechanisms remained cryptic. In this video, Dr. Powell explained the currency system's intricacies very clearly and pointed out major consequences that are generally not mentioned with such clarity. The US, especially, will need to erase enormous dollar surpluses once the external demand is drastically reduced (assuming that the Global Majority, led by China and Russia, succeeds in establishing alternatives). Please keep digging into those aspects. The US will probably react aggressively if the exceptional status of its currency is jeopardized. In worst-case scenarios, it may even-out of desperation-extend already existing military conflicts to a new catastrophic level. We need to understand what is at stake.

Think about how much wealth is with so few in the US. I think those who are working class will be less affected - as those people are used to getting by with less.
