I live in Salisbury and the traffic system, if you can call it that, sucks. I feel sorry both for blue lighters trying to get around town and Trucks trying to get to Churchfields. If the original plans had gone ahead, there'd have been a service road providing access which didn't mean getting into the city center.

Whats going home i swear i went to counio and savona in italy 2 drops done it many times then got sent to berlin and frankfurt that was fine , Then the stuff in savona was the wrong stuff from trafford park they wanted it removed ,asap it was for berlin ,so back to savona to berlin .then i had 36 hours in a crap truck stop in nuremburg ,then to taunton then to trafford park ,then i quiet .The planners in the office couldnt drive just young but nice there parents brought them in every morning and picked them up at night mad .

That is a particularly awkward industrial estate to get to. The only other way is to turn by the railway station but that is 14`3" under the railway bridge and a sharp right turn off Fisherton Street. Google Street view shows a Warburtons artic coming under the bridge but I`m not sure what height it`s running.

Used to go there a lot under the railway bridge, was alright until another artic was coming the other way, using the other side of the road to turn left into Fisherton Street. The high vehicle route used to be for vehicles over 14’ 3” only. The weight restriction Lena was worried about in the city says except vehicles over 14’ 3”.
