44:18 the 3 buildings that you can see are the Magnox reactors (each building has 1 reactor) - these were commissioned in 1965 and decomissioned in 2006. They are a gas cooled design using CO2 to cool the core. The larger one to the right is the later AGR reactor - Dungeness B. Commissioned in 1983 these 2 AGR reactors were a development of the Magnox design, again using CO2 for core coolant, they were decommissioned in 2021 and are in the process of being defuelled. They might possibly be replaced by the EPR European Pressurised Reactor in the form of Dungeness C
