About a couple of years ago during covid, I went to a lender to see if I could get pre-approved and I had a score of 620. They denied me and told me I needed to be higher. Hearing all these stories and reading all the advice, it's safe to say I might of went to the wrong lender. Let me get $5 in my acc, lol jk jk knock on wood

Hey Shaheeda, I don't remember the mortgage lender stating whether you can use national and State DPA. That will be sweet! Also, he did not mention that you have to take a class BEFORE closing! This is why so many people end up using it! I got qualified... but now because of this interview, I'm gonna wait six months, then apply again, so it does not lower my score...i am literally debt free since PSLF canceled all of my student loans!....lol

Miss Hill I am regular on your channel since I found it. I am satisfied with how you explain things. Here is my question. My realtor told me I was pre approved for a loan but when I saw the amount I ask him if he could ask the lender to upgrade the loan amount.He did but I did not find what I was looking for the loan was really small. After about a month of back and forth communication he told me good bye I want to ask you a question. What am I to I do now after my agent withdrew his hand? I contacted someone else but should I wait some months before starting a new application? Thanks for your explanations Lee up the good work.

First your lender and your Realtor should be 2 separate people. So your Realtor shouldn't be telling you that you are approved for a loan. Your lender should tell you that. I would wait, it sounds like there are not a lot of options at your price point. You want to spend sometime researching areas that you can afford and if you would want to live there, then re-apply when you are ready and find a new agent. @claudettealexander5204 Thanks for watching!
