@mari cel well i wont say sayang ang Macbook, dahil I even paid for my Apps. It's my choice and path to take, since Android and ChromeOS has Nearby share feature just like iPhone and Macs Airdrop feature. So yeah.. We still have one Mac laying around pa din for heavy duty work or need mag edit ng video. :)

Hello I got the same chromebook back in January 2019. What I don’t like about it is that It uses an arm processor so I cant really install that much apps from linux because most of them need an intel or amd processor and not arm. Zoom is great, But for an hour or so, it gets really hot even at the table. But overall its a good laptop for people who just uses google’s services and basic web browsing.

Play Store was already installed on my Lenovo Chromebook when I got the unit from VillMan (on Shopee). Maybe naka-disable lang po sa settings. You can try enabling it by going to "Settings", scrolling down until you find "Google Play Store" (below "Search engine"), and clicking the "Turn On" button. Thank you =)

Hi Laarni, good evening. I didn't have any problems with connecting to our wi-fi network when I was setting it up. Na-check mo na yung settings? You can try going to "Settings", tapos under "Network". tignan mo if naka toggle yung Wi-Fi. Hopefully ma resolve nyo agad yung issue, let me know if you do. Thank you!

Second po, I have some questions about this Chromebook. :) I work as an ESL teacher po kasi, and I'm planning to buy a laptop for myself. We use zoom and Skype as our class platforms, would it perform well at continues use of zoom po for like 5 hrs straight? And also I need to save lots of pdf files and audio tracks for my classes, so it's like I need to use pdf viewer, audio player, open google browser, and use zoom at the same time, would it be able to handle all those po at once? Hi Mikee! I've used my Chromebook for 5 hours (Google Meet & Zoom) and okay naman sya. I suggest that you use a laptop stand and a bluetooth mouse though, just to prevent the device from overheating, and para din hindi ka mahirapan sa trackpad (medyo matigas sya). For the PDF files, you can download them and store them in a folder, nag-oopen sya on a Chrome browser, ma view mo parin. For the audio files, nagpplay naman so far lahat ng downloaded audio ko. Hi ate, my cousin have Lenovo Chromebook and ako Kasi ung bumili that's why Gmail account ko ung gamit, and that's the problem and diko siya maremove and nag add ako Ng ibang account and hind siya gumana ayaw maswap and ung isa pang problem nag tataka ako nakikita lahat ng mga site na pinupuntahan Ng account ko like twitter, my Facebook, and others. Mas okay ba na I reset ko siya?? Para maalis ung account ko?? Kasi pinapakelam ung account ko to watch "Alam na boy thing". That account was my personal Gmail. That's why naasar ako. 😭

Hi there! Yes it would be best to reset your Chromebook, I think that's the only way to change the owner. Make sure nalang na when you sign up again, yung mismong user na yung i-register as owner =) Remind your cousin nalang din na i backup yung files nya kasi maerase lahat. Hi Glydel! Yup basic pwede =) To move the shelf position, just go to your home screen, do a right click, then pili ka san mo gusto yung shelf (Left, Bottom, or Right). For the widgets naman, you can try this: 1.) Go to "Settings" 2.) On the left side, click "Apps", then select "Manage Apps" 3.) Pick an app that you want to appear on your homepage, click mo sya, then click the toggle switch, you'll see "Pin to Shelf", tapos mag appear na sya. Or maybe you can install the Taskbar app, click "Advanced Features", then check mo yung "Replace Home Screen", and "Enable Widget Support" Hope this helps! You're welcome and thanks as well! =)

I'm Tridentine Catholic. You can say Merry Christmas. ✝ 🎄 I really love the T430 THINKPAD. It is VERY FAST. The screen is VERY sharp. DVDs play well. It also has a great keyboard. It's as if it was designed to be used outside in and less than great conditions. Think of it as a HYUNDAI ELANTRA. It's better than it's supposed to be.

Hi Jessa! Yes may USB port sya, if need mo ng extra saksakan, bili ka nalang USB hub 😊 For the camera, sakto lang sya, I use a ring light for meetings para mas clear. For the cons naman, hindi sya ideal for gaming or advanced photo/video editing. Kung for online schooling mo gamitin, I think sulit nato (for as long as you’re fine working on Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.,). Tipid din sa kuryente kasi it can last you almost the whole day, di kelangan paulit ulit mag charge. Hope that helps! You’re so appreciative, thank you as well 💕

Hi Feb! I usually open 2 (one sa normal window and one sa incognito). But you can add as much Google accounts as you want, i-save mo lang credentials, then switch nalang =)

Hi Sohny & Hest, based on my experience hindi naman nagla-lag yung mismong device when used for Zoom or Google Meet meetings (3-5 hours ko ginagamit minsan). The last time it did, internet namin yung problem, but yung mismong Chromebook hindi naman =) I suggest gamit kanalang din ng laptop stand para hindi uminit yung device. Ready mo nalang din charger para sure na di kayo ma interrupt. Thank you!

Hindi rin maganda experience ko with Acer =( I had a brand new Acer laptop but hindi sya umabot ng 2 years and naghhang kahit PPT lang, that's why I had to get this device. Hi Lorraine! Di ko pa sya na-try gamitin with a stylus pen. As for the Bluetooth keyboard, haven't tried it yet but based on what I've read from forums, standard keyboards work with a Chromebook. Double check mo nalang din with the seller before making any purchase =)

I use my Chromebook mostly for writing, so kaya nya up to 10 hours. Sa morning lang ako nagccharge, then whole day pwede ko na dalin anywhere =) If may video meetings shorter yung battery life, mga 5 hours ganun, pero matagal parin compared sa iba =)

Hi Aubrey, congrats! So far wala naman akong issues with my Chromebook. As for your questions naman: - Yup, you can work offline (go to Settings to Google Drive settings lang, tapos check mo yung “Offline”). - For photo editing, I’ve only tried using Snapseed (from PlayStore). For video editing naman, I use OpenShot Video Editor. - Yung keyboard nya hindi backlit, standard lang, but works well (reminds me of a Mac keyboard). - Camera is sakto lang. I use a ring light every time I have meetings para mas clear. - Yung seller is legit (see description box). Binili ko sya from the Shopee store of Villman, one of Lenovo’s distribution partners here in PH. Hope that helps, thank you =)

Hello maam! Bumili din ako ng chromebook last month and ngayon ko palang siya magagamit. Bigla siyang nag freeze while im playing music on yt. Hi John! San mo binili yung sayo? Hindi ko pa naexperience yan ever since I purchased mine. Have you tried ending programs using the Task Manager? (shift+escape key). You can also try performing a hard reboot by pressing and holding the power key until it turns off. If hindi parin mag work maybe you can have it checked po. Hope that helps, thank you!
