@@settheplay_jp735 we fixedo urs it is most likely the hard drive u may need a new one if u had an SSD then ur files etc. are kapoot if u had hard drive u might be able to save ur files see a local technician like we did and i took3 hours and my lap top was mack on the road and running again!
