I'd recommend not to buy this. Brought this as a backup PC for general browsing . Too slow, it gets on your nerves. Tried troubleshooting with the help of their support, no improvement in speed. Despite having decent specs this is inoperable even with very few applications installed . Forget multi tasking can't even do one task properly.

Ohk anyone who's facing slow problem I have faced it too but after researching a lot I got the solution Just upgrade the Ram 8GB costing you ₹ 2700 that's giving you 4GB + 8 GB = 12 GB Total . That will definitely give you performance boost. Next if you still want more performance boost add additional M.2 Nvme SSD and install windows on that SSD it will make your laptop extremely fast. I have same laptop with AMD Ryzen 3 processor I have upgraded to 12 GB Ram and it definitely has given me performance boost infact now I can Play GTA V on lower settings.
