Can my Gt755m sli runs it 1080p and high~med settings?
@byte.me_original9 жыл бұрын
+Erkut Özgen I've no idea. It depends on how well SLI optimization support is implemented in the game, if it already has one. Since I'm not running in SLI, there's no way I can know. Probably search YT for Mad Max videos that run in SLI setups.

+byte.me Bro i downloaded 4.5 gb version of mad max. And im playing it now. I have 30-50 fps with 1080p on high settings. But i dont feel smooth. I will try down graphichs to medium.
@byte.me_original9 жыл бұрын
What do you mean by "don't feel smooth"? You mean you can't tell the difference between 30 fps and 50 fps in this game? If that's the case, it could be due to micro-stutter, but this should be barely noticeable by now.
@anthero48169 жыл бұрын
This pc doesnt stutters like before. I upgraded to windows 10 and drivers updated etc. stutters gone now. But in games like this i have stutters time to time but very rare. By saying "not feeling smooth" i meant its might be 45-50 fps but while its goes down to 30 fps, somehow its giving feel of 18~21 fps.

I see. Does it happen for an instant (maybe less than a second) from time to time or does it stay longer?

Does the 355.82 driver cause any driver crashes?
@byte.me_original9 жыл бұрын
+Jerv Vin (Kontac) Well, the game crashed on me, once, but I haven't been seriously playing it. It might just be a fluke. Anyway, can't test that anymore because I've updated to a newer driver. Have you experienced frequent crashes in this game with that driver? Are you experiencing frequent crashes in other games, as well?
@sj41689 жыл бұрын
I have experienced frequent crashes with most drivers that aren't the ones from lenovo. I'll try to download the new drivers to see how it works out.

I'm assuming we have the same laptop here. Is your laptop Malaysian, by any chance?

Hello there, I've been watching your videos for a while now, mainly because I'm about to buy the very same laptop computer that you were showing gameplay off on Saturday. And I've been wondering if you still recommend that very same PC to now? The guy who I'm buying the PC from is putting in and SSD of 200 GB and up, and That's like $20 extra. Don't know if I'll get a response on time, but I want to know if it's still an okay gaming laptop, as well as it's being okay to be used for PCVR games. Hope to get a response.

This has very outdated hardware since it's around 10 years old by now. If your focus is gaming I recommend getting something more recent, like with a GTX X060 at least. Not sure if this can even run VR games.

@@byte.me_original Thank you very much. I'm glad you told me, because I ended up canceling the guy I was meeting today. I ended up getting a MSI with a i7 9th gen Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 TI, which I think it's better, and it's capable of doing VR games as well.

Hi, how did you reduce the memory clock? MSI afterburner or NVIDIA Inspector? By doing that will i experience low performance in games or is it good? Thanks in advance. Btw i have a single gt755m card with 1080p screen. And can you tell me how to maintain low temperatures while gaming? The fan doesn't kick in while gpu temp increases. I don't have any throttle issue but kinda afraid looking at high temperatures.
@byte.me_original9 жыл бұрын
+vineel chebrolu What temps are you getting? I just lower the max performance of the CPU through the control panel (power options). I use EVGA PrecisionX to downclock the GPU memory, as well as limit the temp to 85 degrees (87 degrees actual).
@vineelchebrolu9 жыл бұрын
Yeah. I just put max processor rate 99% to stop turbo boost. Ok, do we have any option in EVGA PrecisionX to limit GPU temperature? And below 90 degrees is normal playing for long hours?
@byte.me_original9 жыл бұрын
Yup, there's a temp slider in EVGA. I think Turbo Boost only speeds up one core. Not sure how much that helps in games. I set my CPU to 95%. Sometimes, CPU temps still go over 90 degrees, but I'm sure they don't stay that high for long.
