On the one hand these LOQ laptops are getting rave reviews from tech reviewers and on the other hand there are these reports that there are motherboard issues and battery problems and worst: the lenovo service. Is there any merit to all this? Or is this issue mostly there with laptops ordered online vs on retail stores.. One of my friends used a lenovo gaming laptop for 4 years without a single issue and this year he bought a HP Victus.

But fir ab mujhe dikkat lag rahi h laptop ki hi... future me ku6 zyada na ho isliye replacement pe dal diya... To ensure you guys I have good knowledge of windows and gaming... this issue with loq was happening only with customised laptops bought from lenovo site. If you customise then there is no testing of that customised laptop. That also was happening previously. Now this is optimised. No issues with new batch.

I purchased the same laptop 2 months ago and i am facing multiple issues like battery fully drains out in around 20-25 minutes while not plugged in. Laptop heats up in normal room temperature. And the most irritating thing is that, while gaming, there is always a grainy texture for a sec which distorts the view with sudden frame drop. It happens at every 2 or 3 minutes of interval, not sure why. Also i am sure that is not any driver or software issue as i have tested each and every drivers and software. I have raised a ticket on Lenovo support. Overall i am not satisfied by the product as it costs 85 k but didn’t provide the satisfactory value.

Got same issue in My 13th gen 6gb rtx 3050 dell G15.....changed motherboard twice and finally replaced the laptop but new laptop have the same issue finally after months company is refunding..........I guess it's the issue with the 13th Gen HX and 14th Gen HX processors.......Replace the laptop as soon as possible.

@@jaymaurya7570 frame drops.....and moreover it's not frame drop if you install msi afterburner you'll notice it's wattage drop and in both CPU and GPU......and in my case this wattage drop used to occur in 3 cases...... 1st.... normally random drops and game becomes unplayable or may not drop......and 2nd .... whenever I used to move my laptop a bit the wattage used to drop and lock resulting in system lags and hanging.......check this too move your laptop slightly harder and check if you got this issue too.

Bhai LOQ series ki battery and motherboard issue aa rhee ha sabka so if you are going to buy one then watch the reviews and company refund bhi nhi kar rhii ab even within the warranty time period as the amount of complaints are huge. I am watching review as I also wanted to buy it but not now. Most of the people are only talking the positive point, what about after sale services, people buying it and after 2-6 months motherboard dead and you lost 60k-75k based on models you buy.
