Unless the heat is affecting performance or fan noise is too loud, it should be fine. Not much aside from keeping airways open and clean.

That was interesting. I haven't even looked at a mini PC in years. I've always been curious to know if they encounter heat problems, due to the compact size?

The CPU is the "T" version of the i5, so it has a lower power draw. This helps with generating less heat. These mini PC's were designed to fit into the back of a particular run of Lenovo monitors.
