Thanks for the video i clicked on this looking for current stats on the 3800x CPU in Fortnite, i see 98% GPU 50% CPU in both settings it seems your graphics settings are to high and the GPU is maxed out. i suggest turning view distance/and shadows down from epic or playing 1080p, i see 146fps low @ 7:37 that is what your frame rate should be locked to with current settings, i see high of 240fps+ @ 7:41 this will cause you to loose fights when it spikes between the range of 240fps - 146fps if your monitor is above 144hz otherwise if its less that 144hz you might as well lock it to just above your monitors refresh. i'd also turn off TSR and do 100% 3d resolution in 1080p as TSR is not the best for esports as it can give you frame rate spikes.

R5 5600x or i5 13400f DDR4 is a nice match for RX 6800/7700 XT. I wouldn't go much past these GPUs. RX 7800 XT will start to see CPU bottlenecks in certain games/scenarios with these CPUs. The highest end GPU I have paired with the 5600X is an EVGA RTX 3080 XC3 Ultra. It paired just fine for gaming and bottleneck was negligible, in my opinion. I am not a total expert, though! AMD is not the ideal choice for video editing or Adobe software applications. In comparison, Intel and Nvidia perform well in these tasks. Intel and AMD need to more improve in 2024.
