I've not used FL studio, but in theory, it should be able to handle it without a problem. The one thing I'd mention is that it might not be the best for very complex tracks that require a lot of instruments and processing, but I guess general music production should be fine.

I don't believe there's massive difference when it comes to battery life between these two platforms. I also think it comes with Windows 11 pre-installed, so I'd stick with that.

It depends on how you use it and how hard you push it. You can likely get more hours, but based on my usage, that's what I've got.
