Any suggestion for how to get battery screws out. Using the provided Phillips head screwdrivers, got 1 out, 3 to go, can’t turn out w/o rounding out

Actually i unscrewed it but when i turned the laptop on it says no battery detected :( any advice?

Can I just take the battery out and will the computer function normally when it plugged in without a battery?

From what I've read online, it should be fine. There is the risk of course of it being unplugged while your laptop is on, and there was some conflicting info regarding whether or not the computer would heat up more as the battery offloads some of the voltage while in use, or if it would actually run cooler as your computer is not warming the battery up as you use it
