You need to show the full runs in the Live stream, at least for the finals. I would gladly pay the subscription if I could actually watch the live event, not a cut version pretending to be live. Until then, I will sticking to the highlights.

Broadcast needs work!! During the finals we had no clue who was still to come down next. No mention of how times compared to qualis and semis as finals runs happened. Didn't even show the podium presentation. Had a woman legend come back and win and then a first time elite win and we don't get to see them celebrate? Instead we got choppy commentary of reviewing runs. Only positive was Reece Wilson bringing real solid analysis to the program. And what happened to seeing the full race? Kolo crashes and we had no idea how or why?

Honestly I get more out of watching Vital Mtb videos from practice. No Rob Warner and poor selection of sections where to film don't inspire. Not really sure why we now have to pay extra to watch what is essentially a glorified bike ad either? As is seemingly happening with everything these days the finance guys are going to wring the proles for as much cash as they can while slowly ruining the sport. Quarterly numbers will be good initially at the expense of the long term health of the sport. End of the golden age of DH imo.

The racing is what I'm here for and in that the riders did not disappoint! Even if everything changes, these riders remain the Top Athletes. They made all the excruciating commentary worth it. In fairness, commentary had glimmers of being on point, the last elite men commentary was way more acceptable and even exciting. Cedric knows a lot and makes great observations, but still some ways to go. Its DH and the only way I can see it so I'll suck it up and focus on the racing. So... thanks ESO and GCN, please consider all the constructive comments posted here, take on board and adress it. Your product (the riders) will do there part as always, focus on yours. This is the attitude we need right now. I know it's hard to go from Rob and free broadcast to this but people will get used to it. I'm rooting for downhill and if this is what makes it go further I'm all for it.

For someone that's followed the sport for almost 30 years I was very sceptical but was relatively surprised.yes we all miss Warner but cedric and ric did a fine job and they will learn to perform and gel better as time goes on. The broadcasting as a whole does need some refinements but for a first race it was spot on really.iam not overly keen on the new format but will hold judgement for now

Slight suggestion for you all @GMBN Racing - instead of simply playing music in the beginning and showing the course, add some commentary about the course and walk through some potential rider stats (e.g., who's the favorite, who may be an underdog, etc.). You jump right into the action and it's a bit out of context. OVERALL though, love all that you do - thanks.

I think a lot of riders are going to try just to qualify within the top 10 to save some energy for the finals. A lot of riders looked like they ran out of gas 3/4 down.

The commentary was OK. I find split times and time compared to the person in the hot seat isn't as clear as before. In general, I don't love the new presentation. I also think that the sport is now not as accessible as it used to be. I believe it will result in less money spent on bikes and people travelling to bike parks. Sad really. I've watched every world cup since 2016. I even moved country to be near better riding. I don't even know where to watch this new format. So here I am, watching highlights.

Really liked Cedric, he has the energy we're missing from Rob, nice one. Can we please dispense with the cut aways to the warm up area during runs though, its insulting to the riders - why on earth would you do that to someones run?? It went together easily in less than an hour. kzbin.infoUgkxHL1v1R3NE5x4KiYfyt8dnQmyNYz7qi5L Make sure the front fork is forward or the pedals will hit the front tire. Tires are both a little soft so it needs air before I ride it. The rear wheel didn't come with a clamp regular bolts hold it on. The front had the clamp. No scratches out of box. Rims are a little off with a slight wobble. They could have spent more time with the spoke tool fixing the run out. So far out of the box I'm happy with it. I did replace the pedals with a nice aftermarket set. After riding it a bit my A$$ is a bit sore so I ordered another seat. Overall I'm nearly 60 and didn't ride a bike in 30 years. I like my new 29" Schwinn. It will be used for casual rides with my friend.

At the end of the day, it's the riders we want to see. And the new schedule is great for the consistent riders rather than an all on the line attitude.

Is it just me? Why is it so difficult to get an easy dates and schedule for UCI DH. So Sundays is not final day any longer? And gcn+ is not nearly as convoluted as Redbull to navigate but still dates times schedule give people the option to select dh, xco , whatever to keep it simple. Here's a concept... Being able to select what genre of cycling, DH [select] , your now have a schedule with dates times and if available a small selectable icon, [select what you wanna watch jobs a good one] I blame the modern interpretation brought about by IT professionals who are operating on the spectrum rather than common sense..either that or it's a generic third party software to host Thier content, produced by the same individuals described... Kiss 💋. Keep it simple stupid
