Reset didn't work for mey Android MotoG6. And, I found after I UNblocked all my blocked-numbers it did not resolve. However, I went to the two CONTACTS that were being sent to voice-mail. I went into the 1st contact> Edit> top right the three little lines > click menu option UNsend to voice mail. Problem solved. The second did not have indication it was being to sent to voicemail...so I clicked to send-to-voice mail; then clicked choice UNsend to voice mail. I worked for me! Now I'll go through each contact and review this option setting.

By resetting the network settings, how will it affect the phone? Are there any problems that may arise from doing so? Will it affect any other settings beside wifi, calls, and texts? Will it undo previously selected settings? Will it unblock already blocked numbers, or rather clear blocked specifications? Will it erase or undo already set preferences with apps and data?

Hello, I'm coming back to this video to help people who still have this BAD PROBLEM. Anyway, I've tried your tuto and it worked, but as I said in another comment that sometimes the problem happens again, and again and again. it really fucked me and even ended a so important call from a job I was applying to. Anyway, if this still happens to you the problem is that some apps do that. I figured out that I've installed 2 cracked apps on my phone. I took a backup of everything (my photos, WhatsApp message) and I've formated the phone. Now the problem is gone.

What phone are you on? And what were the two cracked apps please? I'm on a zte blade s6 dual sim phone so I haven't got some features hes talking about, or, they are worded slightly differently & in a different place within the settings. (This is what's making my problem harder to fix I think).

Solution is to go to Connections, then Mobile Networks, then Network Mode...select 2G only. (The 3g/LTE auto doesn't work on T Mobile) Good Luck. Im using a Note 8
