Spent 4 hours on tech support and did all this. There is a new update from Samsung that causes this problem. Go tosettings, app, tap next to "your apps" select "show system apps" then press OK. From that list find One Talk, click on it, select force stop and then Uninstall. If Uninstall does not appear next to force stop, select whatever appears next to force stop, then Uninstall should appear. Turn off phone for 60 seconds and try it.

My note 20 won't do the forced restart holding both buttons but I've done all before 3 times plus more with my carrier. Plus it's happening on my google mobile as well. I believe it's a virus or malware as all my social media and email accounts are hacked and an Amazon acct and wish account are opened in my name as well as my Gmail acct has been taken over by a fake Edna who plays games. Google won't help. I've always had private accounts never saved passwords never went on malicious sites or clicked on emails or ads or attachments or videos in messenger etc etc. My boyfriend has continually gotten my laptop's hacked and I use the same wifi on my mobile devices. I'm disabled can't get help fixing disabled son can't get calls or texts to see how he is in his LTC home. I'm upset
