We recently visited the set of Disney XD's "Kickin' It" where we were treated to a karate demonstration from star Leo Howard.

I love how he actually knew karate which made the show so much better cuz Yk a lot of times they like to cast people who don’t actually know how to do the roles they supposed to play But Leo was so cold at Karate such a goat

Fine but you won’t learn applicable self defense. Everything he shows is just for preformance. It has no roots for application in a real fight. I take kung fu tbat uses full contact application and sparring! Karate in the states doesn’t do proper sparing

I dunno about a tutorial for these kinds of forms, but look you could watch Steve Terada's old videos in slow motion. This is all considered "extreme martial arts" and borders into tricking as well, try Martial Club for more acrobatic and kung fu inspired tricking
