Thanks for the video I have the same guitar only in red and it plays great I did change the strings and changed to roller saddle bridge.

Awesome! I appreciate your comment! I plan to set some time aside to make some adjustments to the guitar and hopefully get it operating at it's highest potential. I will look into changing out the saddle bridge as well. Much appreciated!

I would be very concerned about the MDF fretboard sweat/water is going to swell it up.

Think I found my next guitar. Was ganna try a west creek sg. But the reverse horns kinda turned me off. This is more ideal

I bought this guitar in white; the finish is beautiful i didn't have any fret buzz, but I also agree about the fret ends need a slight touch up. I did also intonate it properly so now the action is great. With no truss rod adjustment. I've only had it for about 2weeks, so I am looking forward to seeing what the long haul brings. So, I think for the price this was a steal!

I appreciate your comment! I really like the white finish! I settled on the blue, but white was a very close second. Check back in and let us know how the guitar holds up further down the road. Or if any issues arise with the guitar. I've been thinking about doing a follow up video later on.

I got the white Double Cutaway model for myself as a holiday gift, and here are my thoughts. First, the negatives. (These are minor but I feel should be mentioned) While I have no problems with the pick ups, some people might be turned off by the fact that they are "Microphonic" pick ups. When I first plugged it in, it made my amp emit a rather painful, ear piercing SQUEAL. So, don't stand in front of your amp facing it. I also saw a video by a fellow You Tuber who took the plate off the neck pick up, and it seemed to work fine for them. I'm not gonna do that. I think it sounds alright. The other minor issue I have is where the strap peg is, and how I have to make adjustments in order to switch it from the top horn to the back of the neck. (The screws used on the neck are too big to fit into the strap peg in order for me to bolt it on to the neck. I'm going to have to modify that, which is just a total pain in the you-know-what) I had no problems with the frets. No sharp edges, and no fret buzz. This guitar is almost as good as my Epiphone SG Jr. Special model. I'm going to use it for open mics, from now on, and give the Epi a deserved rest for a while. I totally agree with you that this would make an excellent beginner/first guitar, especially for anybody who wants to blast out power chords ala AC/DC, The Who, or even The Ramones. (Would also make a pretty decent lead guitar in many cases as well, but I'm more of a "Basher" than a lead player. Either way works for me, though) Overall, it sounds good, and it seems like it's built rather decent. Now, if Leo Jaymz would have the mind to start making either SGs, or Les Pauls with P-90 pick ups.....

Thank you for the comment! I totally agree! It's not easy playing 2 or 3 sets of music when it feels like you have anchor hanging over your shoulder.

Anyone else having excessive hum issues with their SC? I’ve tried mine through 3 amps. Same result.

I had to change the pickups(invader type bridge and P90S neck) and shielded all cavities.

I appreciate your comment! I searched Amazon and the Leo Jaymz website and couldn't find any available in this particular model. I'm guessing they've sold out for the time being. Hopefully they will become available again very soon!
