My Dogs React to the Invisible Wall Challenge!
Today I challenged my dogs to do the invisible wall challenge! Such challenges are especially entertaining and fun to make when you have two dogs. While Tiger is always down for anything, Leo likes to mess with us. To make the challenge even harder we made 3 layers of plastic wrap to see how will the dogs react. What are your thoughts? Leo is too polite and well-mannered to plow through, which are some of the nice traits of golden labs/retrievers. Tiger acts more like a tough-minded leader, which one might expect from a German Shepherd.

Funniest part is the soft bark calling of the golden to Smol. 🤣🤣 And the last challenge. Amazed with the giant jump strength of Smol. Laughing loud with the golden being wise to jump after Smol did.

My german shepherd was the smartest and most athletic dog I've ever had. He just understood how to do things without any real training from me as a kid. He could fetch, catch, dive, turn door knobs...dude got into everything.

Yes, ours watched me open our front door with the handle that you pushed down with your thumb just once. The next day she jumped up, pushed down with one paw and pushed it open with the other. She watched my daughter open a drawer then did it.

This was perfect to show their differences! I’ve always had Goldens or Labs or mixes of them then we got a GSD……….omg where my other fur babies use to gentle nudge a door that was cracked a bit & peek to see if I was in a room & quietly come in, my GSD never even slows & hits the door so it comes flying open & walks in like I might be in danger or need him for something or he just needs to see me! No such thing as personal space with a GSD! Lol I love both breeds ❤ but I’ll never have another breed once having a GSD! ❤

100% true !! When you "taste" owning a GSD there's no come back to another breed !! I love all dogs (all animals in fact) but GSD will always have the favorite place in my heart !! My big boy, Aslan, is sound asleep next to me right now. Been a tough day today : play rugby, patrol the property, play rugby again, patrol the property just in case there's something new, long stroll in the forest and again patrol the property and check if the cats were OK and say them goodnight 😜

I had 2 GSDs, but when my second one died 2 years ago, I felt I was too old to be the owner a GSD deserves, so now I have a Jack Chi and a Pomeranian. They are both delightful, but living with a GSD is almost like having a very nice adult human in the house ❤
