This guy is good and yes he's a throw back in time when it comes to his music.The movie was good also for the ones who understand its message for the ones that don't understand maybe it wasn't.So for as an Oscar pick I know what you gotta be and look like to get nominated no matter how good of a roll or the movie is.The movie didn't suck it showed where 12 men died from playing football due to CTE which the NFL denied.The NFL over looked this because in America now a day no one wants to here the truth.Great movie and great song.

Well, if the movie hadn't sucked so bad maybe it wouldn't have been passed over. The Oscars aren't music awards, the movie has to be decent for its music to be considered, and that's fair given that we're talking about film awards. Leave it to Will Smith to wreck a film that had potential, that role should have gone to a serious actor, like Chiwetel Ejiofor, who actually has talent. It didn't get snubbed, it got passed over because the movie was so terrible. It is a shame since Leon is so damn good, but I have to side with the academy on this, if it had been in a better movie it should have been nominated, and it probably would have won.
