Who has been more exciting than Leon Davis? He may have a few peers but IMO, there is no one who has been more exciting on a footy field, than Leon Davis.

Agree...as the role of small forward, in terms of pure ball control, speed, and goal sense, he was the best I've seen. He became a very very good attacking defender later on as well.

Have you got all 4 from game against Carlton at MCG where he kicked a goal against the boundary line in each of the 4 pockets in the ground. I have a question on that one when Leon had the Braids so maybe his first or second year at Collingwood when he completely bamboozled #14 for Bulldogs was that luke darcy ? i think it was luke darcy he hoodwinked as the commentators called goal of the year (which he finally won many years later) against Freo.

Poor Leon. Adored and worshipped by thousands but apparently it was purgatory playing for us. I can hear the racism in the roar of the crowd.🙄
