Although Colby is a really good wrestler, that shouldn't bother leon too much considering he has beaten a wrestler, won by submission a couple of times and is bigger than Colby which would mean that Colby would have to work harder to take Leon down.

If you think about the three fights, Leon in usman had. Usman dominated about 90% of them with Wrestling. From what Usman said he could not wrestle in the third fight because his knees were really really bad. I believe the Wrestling is going to give Leon major problems. I believe it will look similar to Jorge versus Covington. Covington is not like Usman. He does not just hold you down. He wants you to get back up so he can just take you down over and over and over. Merab vs Yan Bryce Mitchell versus Barbosa. I think it will be similar to those.

Leon is phenomenal when his opponent gives him space. I can’t see Covington given Leon any space whatsoever outside the beginning of the rounds. We’re Leon could lend a hand kick.

I really expect Covington to win. Stylistically it’s a horrible matchup for Leon. Yeah, he might be good at stopping take downs and getting up. But Covington won’t stop doing it. That’s the problem. Merab vs Yan. Yan stoped a lot but they just kept coming. Covington is much different than usman.

I really see this fight being very similar to Jorge versus Covington. Whenever Leon is pressured, he does not do good. Brian Barberena was pressuring. Him and Leon got dropped and nearly finished. I like Leon, but I am fully expecting Covington to win by decision maybe even submission. Covington uses submission threats a lot. Leon gave up his back to Usmans so many times and Usman did not even think about doing it. Yan vs merab Bryce Mitchell versus Barbosa. Strickland versus Izzy. Plus, Donald Trump is ringside lol talk about motivation.
