Jacob Hand yeah. It’s actually the worst card ever. It does murder the deck but if the opponent doesn’t get it you can start dropping a 9/15 braum witch is fun. I do run bastion but they can cast hush the unit twice :/

This is literally what happens _all the time._ And I do mean all the time- the chances of it happening should only be about 1 in 30 or so, but it happens in about 2/3 games. You mulligan a card because you don't want it, you redraw it immediately. You decide to keep a card you can't immediately use because you need to be certain you have a copy for later and can't take the chance of not redrawing it when you need it- you immediately draw your other 2 copies giving you a hand of dead cards. It happens so often that I'm starting to suspect Riot rigged the game to do it intentionally for the lulz.

I had much more success using Leona Swain. First deck I ever designed was a yasuo swain deck and I curated it after watching your yasuo swain video. Leona's utility makes swain into a monster though! With her stunning the strongest unit you're able to make surprisingly good use of swain's fearsome to score some JUICY aoe. Only issue I saw with the deck was that it occasionally struggled against enormous units and atm everyone is running a sol. Might be able to add a 2 of on minotaur rekoner and that new dragon that stuns 2 units every turn to counter a full board worth of big baddies.

I dont think that deck will be good and reason is simple play style of those cards too much diffrent I mean sure synergy is there but... they are not supporting each other actually they are like "hey, if you want to play in auto pilot play this deck" :D I am currently experimenting with diana vi deck where I create token cards in hand to discard them for actual good effects. and if I keep my gems I use them to keep my vi healty and deal high damage so she can sustain multiple strikes and level up faster. I got 1 of that 4 mana gem generator because I draw a lot of cards I tend to find it sooner or later and I use it to refill my hand so I can discard them :D also 3 progress day because I play with a deck with very low cost... if possible I would be playing twisted fate instead of Vi but region combination requires this and she is not bad when you draw a lot of cards still

Biggest difference is that Yone is same turn vs beginning of next turn. With all the removal like the celestial invoke spells and hush, it's really easy to remove Infinite Mindsplitter without it doing anything. A 1-off might be okay and go down to 2 yone, but having 8 mana doing nothing is a huge blow-out for a deck like this, especially if it loses to the new silence spells that are everywhere.

yas+nox is great for it direct interaction but lack in defense and very tempo wise, while this deck maybe lack of direct interaction and aoe stuns but it have a great upperhand on blocking and defense wise is so good it have very medium damage but can also so be sneaky too like the nox variant.

This was the first deck I built out of the expansion and I came to the same conclusions. Yasuo needs a deck that's catered to his conditions. You can't make it all about Yasuo so you have to focus on daybreak to carry but at that point you shoulda just gone celestials. Much like in LoL Yasuo is either the best card in your deck or the worst.

At 54:24 if the enemy silenced the leona there would be no stuns for yasuo to pop aurelion's spellshield, which would have delayed his obliteration to at least 1 more turn which could have resulted in a nuts celestial card to win the game

I used this deck since the expansion, but instead of Yone i added new ionia spell that costs 10 and recalls all units except one. Just sheer satisfaction from using it on the fully clogged enemy board with Yasuo in play is worth it for me).

I think Leona and Swain is a better way to play daybreak. What is a daybreak? Straightforward midrange that falls off, you have to supply win con. Yasuo is not a wincon, he is a value engine. Swain, working in tandem with Leona, can setup huge stuns and clear boards with nexus strike if not winning outright. Not to mention zenith blade on Swain can allow him to hit nexus in the most unlikely scenarios. Waiting for your take on that, even if its not gonna come in soon, being pretty vanilla and all.

I have been abusing Taric/Vi with gems on cards like Jae madarda and assembly bot. Gems give Vi +2 attack each and combined with the 2 mana support give allies elusive, it makes for some nasty combos.

You should try out the new dragon 8 drop card, the stun is continuous every round start, better at dealing with beefy units usually one strike from yasuo isn't enough to kill them. Keep up the good content man!

I tried to climb with this deck archetype and i found out that with so many big cards coming it was hard for this deck to finish, so i figured that the win con for this archetype is to attack face with no blockers or zenith the fae blade twirler to overwhelm. I added Mina switchfoot, that dinosaur who stuns 2 enemies next turn and recall. Since there are a lot of a.sol decks out there running big cards why not mina switchfoot.

Leona's interaction with morning light confuses me a little. Take 17:00 for example: There's 4 Daybreak units on board getting their Daybreak activated, plus the Daybreak of Morning Light activating, so I would think Leona would Stun 5 times based on her wording. Instead we get 2 stuns, presumably 1 from the Morning Light Daybreak, and 1 from her own Daybreak being activated by Morning Light.

I think there are only 2 stuns- Leona's Daybreak Reactivated by the Morning Light and The Morninglight's Daybreak effect triggering Leona's Skill, Which makes it only 2 i think since it says on Leona's description "Stun the strongest enemy when you PLAY a daybreak card"
