it was cancelled faster than last christmas. Shonda rhymes is really needed in the TV landscape. white women are not capable of thinking outside of the box, he never would have gotten the gig. We would have missed out on a fantastic actor. He owned this role. Season 2 , my mind tells me we'll get Alfred Enoch, he is a fellow mixed British . and as posh as it gets. He fits right into this landscape.

I wonder if any of those sentiments pertained to his real life. He's mentioned several times the problems he had growing up biracial in Zimbabwe and in England. He talked about having a hard time fitting in in both places. But when his family moved back to London he found punk music and it changed his life. I can't begin to tell you what an amazing breath of fresh air he's been on my entertainment screen. On top of being witty, charming and so intelligent. I can't wait to see what he does next.

@@oluwatoyinolaiya504 yeah! Normally, when british actors use an American accent, they lower their tone and relax their diction, so it sounds really different than their natural accent, but I love that he learned the accent so well he didn't have to use those easier "cheat" techniques.

This is actually such a current issue while discussing one's experience with racism: you're too white to be black and too black to be white. To feel like you don't belong amongst your peers is such a cruel sentiment. This got recommended by youtube because of Regé and i see how much depth he puts into his characters.
