Love the look of the hotel from the outside! What a cool building. Lovely room tour! I love the blue color scheme. I love both tea and coffee! It feels impossible to find a kettle in a hotel room in North America! I love that this hotel room has both!! I prefer coffee in the mornings and then tea anytime throughout the day. Nothing cozier than a cup of tea! Too bad the shower was disappointing. I love that it has a balcony! Awesome breakfast was included! Always a bonus. Great video as always :)

Awesome room tour as usual!!! Loved it but the bathroom definitely could've used a tad bit of extra cleaning! Lol My wife and I are not Tea or coffee drinkers, but if we had to make a choice, she'd take the tea while I'd take the coffee. Leo's sounds very interesting!!! Lol Thanks for sharing your views!!! Excellent review as always. Firstly it’s tea tea and more tea for me (Tom) rach a bit of both. That marco gets everywhere. Room looks modern, we stayed a few years back and looks like it’s had upgrade, decent brekkie as well. Greta choose for pre cruise stay.

Great and useful video, especially as we have 2 cruises booked from Southampton. At the moment we are booked into the Holiday Inn for this September, but I will be comparing prices in case it's worth changing. Coffee all the way for me!!! Shame about the shower and it's curtain.

I’m actually looking at booking the Holiday Inn which is just over the road from this one. This was a great hotel and keep checking because there are deals around that also include the breakfast for free.

Looks ok, heard a lot of bad things about it since it was sold by De Vere. Definitely changed a lot since the De Vere days. Apart from the wardrobe maybe, that looks original. The balcony suites are good if you get one facing the water - we watched the ships arrive between 4 and 5 in the morning.

Yes, that wardrobe is what’s called a period feature 😂 I wanted to get up and see our ship dock but I missed it by a couple of hours. Many thanks for watching.

It was a minor niggle in an otherwise fantastic room. Hotel breakfasts in the UK aren’t up to US standards so this was a pleasant surprise. Many thanks for watching.
