Ushiro Eri tori Shiho Nage

Shiho Nage is one of the best-known techniques in Aikido. Considered as one of the fundamental technical pillars of art, it is a waza that allows countless possibilities for applications and technical approaches. In this video, I explore this waza with Morote Tori's attack.
There are countless ways to apply it, here I demonstrate, which in my view, is the basic form and some possible variations that I use in my practice.
