Great destination! The windiest month of the year in Puerto Plata is July, with an average hourly wind speed of 10.5 miles per hour otherwise it’s tropical! 😜💨🌴

We had a great local guide there, and all locals were hardworking and decent. Hotel staff were excellent. Add in great beaches, sunshine and warm water and its a great place to visit.
