This is insane... the best quality video in an armwrestling event I ever seen. I work in the cinema industry and this is a cinematic quality, incredible. It's like to see a movie. Not only for the cinematography (super camera, optics and lights set up) but also for the scenography, the place, the stage is simply perfect. The crowd screaming around, very close to the table, man... everything is perfect here! Light years over any others competition like East vs West or King of the table in terms of video quality. Please both take example from this!!!!

No man, arm wars is a very good television product, the best in armwrestling world for sure, impressive. But the format is still television, like a reality/documentary, in particular how the matches are shoot. This is a movie style, the way the camera go very close to the athlets during the fight, the movements of the camera, the depth of field very thin (the blurry) the lenses, the editing... not perfect ok, for example the wide lens is too deformed, but... great great stuff

He's strong sure but it takes more that gym strength. Arm wrestling is specific muscle groups and tendon strength. Tendon strength for arm wrestling takes years to build up.

@@maas3340 nur zu deiner Info es war alles show um es spannender zu machen 😂 prudnik ist seit mehr als einem jahrzehnt dabei wie schon gesagt guck dir runde 2 an, ich bin auch seit mehreren jahren im armwrestling am start und glaub mir wenn sowas wie in runde 2 passiert dann geht die kraft nicht von einer zur andren runde verloren erst recht nicht wenn prudniks wrist & pronation 100 Level über leonidas ist. Prudnik war vor professionellem armwrestling opernsänger und schauspieler bzw ist es immer noch nur so als Tipp aber alles gut wenn man neu im Sport ist denkt man sowas oft

It's possible. But I do have to think you are also quite new to Leonidas and his legitimate competitive wins on left arm in Germany. He has things to learn, but he is strong, even in those armwrestling areas.

Prudnyk is top 10 left and right handed. After watching the whole video it was an act for sure. Let’s not forget Larry beat him in strength wars and Larry has been training arm wrestling for 3 years now and continues to lose against any legitimate opponents. I misread what you said, he has legitimate left arm wins in Germany? I was unaware of that.

But Leonidas seems to have surprisingly great genetical strength for armwrestling for what I have been seeing of him because he has some very legitimate wins. He lacks a lot in the technical department, but yet despite this he is already among the best left handed pullers in Germany. Look at some of the other videos on this channel. Great production honestly.

Wow, Respekt für diese Leistung! Das Handgelenk ist beim Armwrestling soo extrem wichtig. Als mir das bewusst wurde, habe ich mein Focus darauf gelegt. Heute mache ich im Handgelenkdrücken 10 wiederholungen clean mit 120kg mit den extrem fat grips (fühlt sich min. 30% schwerer an).
