The bad men are temporary for me. The last one was a covert narcissist and we were on and off for a while. Then, I figured out what a narcissist was. I knew something was wrong but I couldn’t put a finger on it. He taught me a great lesson, though. I don’t even date anymore. My life is quiet and peaceful now.

You are absolutely correct, raised in a strong religious family, the devil/enemy comes to kill & destroy you - just like a narc slowly does. Throughout it all, it has definitely strength my faith in God to realize how much the connection is w/ evil spirits. Thankful for God's grace, mercy & discernment ❤

Shortly after I filed for divorce, I saw the word a few times in my house on a paper bag. One day while driving past a shopping center, I saw that word on a Mexican restaurant. I went in, ordered a meal and it was given to me in the exact same bag I found in my house. I then Googled that word and learned the meaning. I never ate there again. Also, a few years before I filed for divorce, a girlfriend stopped by to help me with a project. Within 30 minutes she was ready to leave. She stated she was uncomfortable, my house felt evil like satan was present. She never visited again. ✝️

That was deep using the example of a Diablo. Recently cut ties with a female narcissist. Interesting how the universe works, she is presently with an even more cutthroat narcissist. Word in the street is that they are fighting like 2 rattle snakes. She Recently came to visit and a week later called to ask a question. Mind you hadnt spoken to me for months, but used the excuse likev she cared what i thought pertaining to a comment i meant when she popped up. Funny, never apologized for cheating nor lying. I see she's going to try to weasel her way back in.....My response for a 2nd visit. Will be (no)t to keep in touch. It's fruitless. Anyways great posting.

👀You're onto something here.....a discussion for a later time perhaps. Short version-taken accountability for why we were drawn to, tied to, and continued to entertain the Narcissist. Seek and you shall find and sometimes you might be shocked & blindsided, as I was when GOD began to deal and reveal to me why. You have to be open & vulnerable to finding out.
