wait... couldnt you apply that cook to say, a sword, and it would only apply the mending and lose the other two? I could've sworn that that was how books with multiple enchants worked... that the incompatible enchants were simply lost? Also, you could use that new island for a shulker farm... You would have to acquire some shulkers from the end to do it, but it could be another business opportunity. Selling shulker boxes...

i suggest a big castle/tower. the end kingdom has lots of foliage and plants and what not, but not many buildings. the interiors are the inside of islands (which is really cool) but an end themed castle or something would be reallly fun to see!
