I really is interesting and informative to see the settings Steve uses to create his signature tones. He's got an amazingly good sense for creating cool sounding and emotive tones. I like that he goes big when using effects, and keeps his signal chain uncomplicated. Thanks

Great workout of the Vai blocks. I haven’t had a chance to dig into them yet, but can’t wait. Probably today. Thanks Leon…and you’re definitely not a shlubb.👍

One of my many teachers, Tony Burton, introduced me to Flex-Able back when that was pretty much the extent of the catalogue. Later, in college, drove all over northern Ohio with friends trying to find a copy of Passion and Warfare when it was first released. ☺️

I have 2 humbuster cables the SYN2 and the Fryette 2/90/ 2 all ready to go and don't really know how to hook her all up.. the pitch after the amp shifts all the distortion tonez, is that where you always put yours? if you put it in front of the amp it doesn't shift the distortion. i'm sure you already know this, and maybe you like it after the amp/cab?
@themicrotonalguitarist Жыл бұрын
ah ok, for the harmonizer effect its a simple solution after the amp... still i'd prob toss it on another tier before an amp. nice tho
