The FM3 is about protecting the CPU, these blocks can do everything you need for clean sound. Does anyone need more? Thanks Leon for your work for us 🎸🎸🎸

It's even better with the new Plex/MTD effect types which have so much of this stuff pre-programmed.

Great dive into delay. I agree with the comment below about utilizing delay as a way of avoiding the Reverb block which is a CPU hog if needed on the FM3! Another solution in lieu of offloading Reverb externally. Would be good to see the CPU load in the frame 👍

Is there anyway you could do a video on pickups and what the differences are in them running in parallel opposed to just normal split coil? I guess like what different sounds we could or couldn't get depending on what we have. Awesome video and excellent tones as always my friend I hope that made sense 😂

@@LeonTodd nice. how are you finding the CPU limits?
@fabiol.91614 жыл бұрын
Hi leon could you imagine a patch based on the known music that cannot be handle 100% by this machine and its CPU? Maybe the edge style preset? Thanks

Why they dont make modelers works without preamps or power amps
@colelewis99404 жыл бұрын
? not sure what you mean. A tube preamp doest work without a power amp either. I will assume you mean why dont companies all make their modelers in the combo amp platform ala line 6 spider? In that case, for fractal especially a modeler isnt just a guitar thing, it works in way more contexts. So to have the unit as a guitar combo with power and speakers doesnt make sense.
@pauliusmscichauskas5584 жыл бұрын
You can use FM3, Axe FX, Helix, etc, for effects only and connect your real amp. It's not a problem at all.
@colelewis99404 жыл бұрын
@@pauliusmscichauskas558 Oh yea if he meant using modelers for just effects thats very easy
@MrMariodraiby14 жыл бұрын
Cole Lewis Yea man what i mean that why fractal, line 6 etc , it needs a power amp to make amulated amps works , i dont mean the effects of the modeler amp , i want to go to gig only with that modeler amp , no combo no power amp i mean why they cant work like multi effects pedals
