I got to talk to her several times after concerts. She was exactly like this! My girlfriend had black curly hair Ms Price said ' that hair is GOR geous! Are you gonna be the next Carmen?" I love this women.

The interview let's us hear/see/feel her warmth, charm, charisma -- we all heard it when she sang -- now we know its genesis -- a great person, a truly gifted woman. Brava

You've said it all, and said it so well that there is nothing left for me to say except thank you for writing so eloquent and thoughtful an appreciation of so uniquely great an artist and woman as is Leontyne Price.

You can respect Ms. Price without needlessly insulting Ms. Norman (who is herself a wonderfully well spoken, intelligent, thoughful human being and musician).

Actually, the address has changed: Leontyne Price c/o Columbia Artists Management, 1790 Broadway New York NY 10019. The address you listed is the company's old address...

As helpful as all your capital letters are, you seem to be the one having trouble accepting that if you exercise your free speech by expressing a hostile opinion, others have the right to call you out for it, especially when that opinion is unwarranted (e.g., childish name-calling of Jessye Norman under a video of Leontyne Price).

Typically a soprano: arrogant....self. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 As a tenor (approaching baritenor) this makes me laugh

I LOVVVVE her!! She is absolutely NOTHING like that fake and purely contrived, *DIVA* Jesse Norman!
