Hello Leon. very informative So incase of project, we can ask client regarding costs; 1. $7 render payment per month 2. Our service charges (one time) any other charge/thing 3. One more thing, after embed code snippet, how to remove the (flowise tag) from chat box.

Leon again a great video simple and informative! Forgive the novice question, but would this set up be enough to set up chat bot instances for my clients or would you suggest setting up separate 'flowise/render' account individually for each new client project.
@leonvanzyl10 ай бұрын
Depends on the client. Some clients prefer hosting it themselves, others prefer that you deal with it. One piece of advice though. Don't use your own OpenAI API key for clients. I usually get them to create their own key and deal with that side of the costs themselves.

When comparing the deployment costs of Flowise with BotPress (already hosted on the cloud), here's a breakdown: 1- BotPress charges $0.50 per 1 million tokens for input and $1.50 per 1 million tokens for output. Assuming an input of 1 million tokens (approximately 4 million characters), the cost would be $0.50 for input and a similar amount for output messages. 2- Flowise has a flat deployment cost of $7. However, does this cost include only the deployment, or are there additional charges for AI usage, such as fees for OpenAI/ChatGPT or similar services, like how BotPress handles input and output token charges?
@leonvanzyl13 күн бұрын
These are two totally different platforms thought. You can build agentic systems with FW. Botpress is a chatbot builder.

Hi, your videos are very good. Is there a lesson on Long-term memory among them? I understand how to connect vector memory separately, and how to use the chat history. But how do I transfer old messages to vector memory if the chat history gets too big?
@leonvanzyl10 ай бұрын
Thank you 🙏. That's a really good question, wrt moving old chat history to a vector index. Flowise does not offer a feature for this atm, but in productive Langchain and Llama Index apps I would probably implement such a solution. I'm guessing your app has a unique situation where summarising the chat history wouldn't be sufficient?
@mr.grixakrushkas566710 ай бұрын
@@leonvanzyl And how to use chat summation? Or is it already embedded in the circuit? I'm making a character bot that you can just talk to. It won't be good if the old themes are forgotten.
@toi50010 ай бұрын
Leon, is there a limit for the numbers of bots per Flowise instance? I find 7$ per instance per client/bot an overkill and very expensive on the long run. I would like to find a sweet between here. Per example, 10/20 bots per instance on a Render paid plan? Any thought?

Absolutely, this is all leading somewhere 😁. Next few videos will focus on API and Web Embedding. One thing I haven't quite figured out is how my audience will react to a coding tutorial that uses Flowise.
